Entry Fees
Our pageant is self-supporting and relies on the entry
fees to cover the operational & production related
expenses and therefore we must charge an entry fee.
The entry fees pay for items such as lighting, website
maintenance, printing, hotel expenses for the event,
production staff, consultants, judges, advertising,
public relations, prizes, and many additional
operating expenses.
You can pay the entry fee yourself or seek sponsors.

Payment Plan
Contestants may pay in installments to pay off the
entry fee.
Once the $20 application fee is paid we require a
$50 deposit within 35 days to initiate a payment plan.
Payments of any amount must be made at least every
30 days until the total fee is received.  Title is only
pending until the fee is paid in full.  A pending
delegate is not an official delegate until the fee is paid
in full. Official Pageant Handbook will be given once
your fee is paid in full.

What does the fee include?
State/Regional - Sash & Crown
Welcome bag with gifts, Program Book, Saturday
Luncheon, Entry into all optional awards except  
Photogenic & Talent


Entry Fees -  DOES NOT include the following:
Travel expenses
Hotel/Lodging expenses -
all contestants are required
to stay at the host hotel
Personal Expenses
Wardrobe Expenses
Program ads (optional)
Application Fee

Photogenic & Talent - are optional categories and has
no bearing on the pageant. You are not required to
enter these optionals.
