Every Year since 2000, we have selected a Elegance International from our outgoing 
queens. This title is a honorary title that is given out. One person can be selected or all can be selected such as the case was on 2002 & 2003. We have also given out the Elegance International Ambassador Awards to our  Outgoing queens and one was then selected as Elegance International.
