Every Year since 2000, we have selected a Elegance International from our outgoing 
queens. This title is a honorary title that is given out. One person can be selected or all can be selected such as the case was on 2002 & 2003. We have also given out the Elegance International Ambassador Awards to our  Outgoing queens and one was then selected as Elegance International. We retired this title as honorary in 2018 when we moved the International title as a divisional title.
